Inteligência Artificial

The rise of AI has put a question on companies' agendas: where can we use AI? It's a valid question, but it can lead us to start in the wrong place.

Before choosing a model, agent, chatbot, or tool, there's a more important question: what problem are we actually trying to solve?

Technology before the problem creates complexity

A company may have repetitive tasks, scattered information, disconnected systems, or difficulty accessing knowledge. Not all of these problems require AI.

In some cases, an integration solves it. In others, automation. In others, it's necessary to build or evolve software. And there are situations where AI adds a new capability to the process.

A safer path

At Fasters, the Innovation structure includes trend research, opportunity identification, experimentation, and proofs of concept before larger implementations.

1.Understand how the process works today.
2.Identify where there is rework, delay, error, or manual work.
3.Assess whether the problem calls for integration, automation, software, or AI.
4.Experiment when there is uncertainty.
5.Measure whether the solution actually improved the process.

Not every problem needs AI

If a simple automation solves the problem, you may not need Artificial Intelligence.

Using less technology to better solve a problem can also be innovation.
